The waterfront cabin was amazing and the staff were really attentive and helpful. It was so nice to have a variety of dining options available, and the food was delicious. Additionally, the pool was clean, and it was really fun to explore the tide pools during low tide.

The customer service could have been better. Some staff members seemed undertrained and could have been more informed about basic hotel information like the proper closing time of the pool or the WiFi password. Additionally, there were some issues with communication which resulted in us not being informed about certain amenities or services we had requested. The wait time for food was quite long, and we ended up waiting for over 30 minutes for some meals.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The beachfront cabins were amazing and spacious. We enjoyed the facilities, and the dining options were great. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a splendid time. We loved the short distance to the beach, and the fact that the tides were high in the morning allowed us to enjoy the sea life until the tide receded in the evening.

The customer service was not up to par during our stay. Checking in was a problem, and we were not provided with a map or given the proper information.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay, from the moment I arrived until the time I left. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect, making it very easy to get around this city. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious, and the parking and transportation were convenient.

It was all superb.

I spent hours exploring the tidal pool and discovered the local marine creatures. the staff was lovely and attentive, especially at Aquatica where the pool was clean and refreshing. the beachfront cabin exceeded my expectations with its stylish decor and comfortable bedding.

Sadly, the customer service received a subpar rating from previous guests, and I must agree that the staff seemed unprepared and undertrained at times.
